SHIPPING TIMELINE

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Please note, this timeline will get skewed during peak periods such as right after a shop update/collection release or the holiday season.

If you need your order by a specific date please email me, shopdreamsong@gmail.com, to request. Please note, I will try my best to accommodate but I cannot guarantee your request.

 

CARRIERS AND TRACKING INFO

I almost exclusively work with USPS to ship all packages. Customers are always automatically notified via email as soon as tracking information is available.  Please be sure to check your Junk folder, as I am regularly told tracking updates get filtered there!

Once this tracking email is received, you may track your order here.

Once the package has been passed onto the USPS, domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, where as international orders are quoted at 7-21 business days per USPS.

 

LOST PACKAGES

DreamSong is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Unfortunately, lost/damaged packages cannot be replaced at this time.

Please understand that as soon as the package leaves my hands, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it safely.

I am unable to provide delivery tracking information beyond that which is supplied by the carrier. Any questions regarding delivery status should be directed to them.

MADE TO ORDER

Please note all items are Ready to ship unless noted otherwise.

However if an item is labeled Made to Order,  I will begin to weave your very own pair from scratch after the order is placed. 

Please allow me 3-4 weeks to complete the piece and ship out, unless stated otherwise on storefront announcements.  Please note, this turn time will most likely be longer during peak times such as a new collection drop/restock.
